142. Federal Law, which approves the justification of charges by the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology

The National Council has decided:

§ 1. The Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology is authorized, in agreement with the Federal Minister of Finance, to provide a detailed budget of 41.02.02 (rail) of the breakdown of 41 pre-charges in respect of financial years 2016 to 2021 in the Up to EUR 42.251 billion, of which EUR 33.580 billion is attributable to annuities induced by investments up to 2021 and EUR 8.671 billion to other grants awarded in the grant contracts in accordance with Section 42 of the Federal Railways Act, which do not include any Represent annuities.

§ 2. With the enforcement of this federal law, the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology is entrusted in agreement with the Federal Minister of Finance.

§ 3. With the entry into force of this federal law, Section 1 of the Federal Act, which authorises the justification of charges by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, is to be approved, BGBl. I No 41/2014, except for force.
