104. Federal Law, with which the Federal Act on the remuneration of the supreme organs of the federal government, the members of the National Council and the Federal Council and the members of the European Parliament sent by Austria (Bundesrefergegesetz-BBezG), BGBl. I No 64/1997, amended

The National Council has decided:

The Federal Act on the remuneration of the supreme organs of the Federal Government, the members of the National Council and the Federal Council and the members of the European Parliament sent by Austria (Bundesrefergegesetz-BBezG), BGBl. I No 64/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 121/2011, amended as follows:

1. A new paragraph 5 shall be added to Article 13:

" (5) An amount of credit paid to a supply institution of a legal professional representation shall be delivered to a part of that supply facility organized in accordance with the capital-cover procedure. To the extent that this is not possible, the pension scheme shall pay the credited amount to the insured person (entitled). In so far as the amount of the invoice is based on contributions for cover on the maximum contribution basis in accordance with the ASVG, the insured person may, in any event, require payment within 6 months of the end of the relevant calendar year. "

2. A new paragraph 12 shall be added to Article 21:

" (12) § 13 para. 5 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 104/2012 will enter into force on 1 January 2012. "
