105. Federal Law, which approves the justification of charges by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology

The National Council has decided:

§ 1. The Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology is authorized, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance, to take 1/41148 of the preliminary draft budget for the financial years 2013 to 2018 in the amount of up to 37,749. Billions of euros, of which EUR 30.152 billion is attributable to annuities induced by investments until 2018 and EUR 7.597 billion to other grants awarded in the grant contracts in accordance with Section 42 of the Federal Railways Act, which do not constitute annuities, for the reasons.

§ 2. The Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology is responsible for the implementation of this federal law in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance.

§ 3. With the entry into force of this Federal Act, Section 1 (1) (1) of the Federal Act, which authorises the justification of charges by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, is to be approved, BGBl. I No 45/2012, except for force.
