187. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction

On 3 September 2012, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands announced that the People's Republic of China had the following notification to the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (BGBl. N ° 512/1988, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III No 92/2012) with regard to the central authority of the Macao Special Administrative Region 1 delivered:

" The official languages of the Macao Special Administrative Region are Chinese and Portuguese. The processing of applications under the Convention would be speeded up if the applications and other documents addressed to the central authority of the Special Administrative Region of Macao with a translation into Chinese, or Portuguese people could be accompanied. "
