469. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the fee tariff regulation

Due to § 66 of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 95/2010, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The fee tariff regulation, BGBl. No 189/1989, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 48/2010, shall be amended as follows:

§ 1 reads:

" § 1. The fees for the activities of the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety GmbH within the framework of the official control shall be fixed in points; one point shall be EUR 1.58. '
