476. Regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control on the price of proofs of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream winding station" 2013 (Exemption Price Regulation 2013, HKN-VO 2013)

On the basis of § 10 paragraph 12 Ökostromgesetz 2012 (ÖSG 2012) BGBl. I No 75/2011, shall be arranged:

§ 1. For the calendar year 2013, the following price shall be determined for the proofs of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream winding station" according to § 37 paragraph 1 Z 3 ÖSG 2012: 1,5 Euro/MWh.

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2013 in force.

(2) The Regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control on the price of guarantees of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream liquidate" in 2012 (Designation Of Origin Award-Regulation 2012, HKN-VO 2012), BGBl. II No 238/2012, enters into force with effect from 31 December 2012.
