504 regulation of the Federal Minister of economy, family and youth, with the subsidy for eco-electricity is 2013 determined for the calendar year (eco power funding contribution regulation 2013)

Due to section 48 para 2 of the eco-electricity Act 2012 (ÖSG 2012), Federal Law Gazette I no. 75/2011, as last amended by the by-laws Federal Law Gazette I no. 11/2012, is prescribed:

§ 1. The 2012 payable eco electricity subsidy is ÖSG by all end users connected to the public network, in accordance with article 48, paragraph 1 for calendar year 2013 with 24,07% of the nationwide average, set in accordance with the regulation of the Regulation Commission of E-control, be determined by which the fees for the use of the system, each power level of payable encompassing - and power pay of loss of.

Section 2 (1) for the net remuneration component network use charge (performance) 2013 following amounts are for the calendar year:

5. at the network level 6 8,542 euros / kW.

6. at the network level 7 (measured performance) 9,360 euro / kW;

7. at the network level 7 (interruptible) 0 euro/kW;

8. at the network level 7 (inappropriate performance) 3,412 euro / counting point.

(2) 2013 following amounts apply for the net remuneration component network use charge (labour) for the calendar year:



1. on the power levels 1 and 2 0.070 cents / kWh;

2. at the network level 3 0,153 cents / kWh;

3. on the network level 4 0.189 cents / kWh;

4. at the network level 5 0.218 cents / kWh;

5. at the network level 6 0,349 cents / kWh;

6. at the network level 7 (measured performance) 0.537 cents / kWh;

7. at the network level 7 (interruptible) 0,602 cents / kWh;

8. at the network level 7 (inappropriate performance) 1,022 cents / kWh.

(3) 2013 following amounts apply the net remuneration component network loss charge for the calendar year:



1. on the power levels 1 and 2 0.061 cents / kWh;

2. at the network level 3 0.071 cents / kWh;

3. on the network level 4 0.049 cents / kWh;

4. at the network level 5 0.046 cents / kWh;

5. at the network level 6 0.035 cents / kWh;

6. at the network level 7 0,095 cents / kWh.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force 1 January 2013.
