518. Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) amending the Filing Fees Regulation

On the basis of § 7 (9) of the Capital Markets Act-KMG, BGBl. N ° 625/1991, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 83/2012, shall be arranged:

The Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) on the fees to be paid for the deposit of documents relating to the prospectus of issuers (Deposit Fees Regulation), BGBl. II No 235/2005 is hereby amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the word sequence shall be deleted "and the BörseG" .

2. In Part 2, Z 1 and 2, the number shall be: "35" by the number "50" replaced.

3. In Part 2, the Z 3 is deleted.

4. The following paragraph 2 is added to § 4:

" (2) § 1 as well as part 2 Z 1 and 2 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 518/2012 are 1. Jänner 2013 in force. Part 2 Z 3 shall expire on 31 December 2012. "
