4. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on Arms and Flag of the Portuguese Republic

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 shall apply to arms and flags of the Portuguese Republic, which shall be applied in the Trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to be viewed.
