8. Revelation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the name and emblem of the World Trust Fund for Cultural Plant Diversity

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the name and emblem of the World Trust Fund for Cultural Plant Variance, which is published in the Austrian Trademark Register Patent office for anyone to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
