10. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the name, emblems and abbreviation of the International Renewable Energy Agency

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the name, emblems and abbreviation of the International Renewable Energy Agency, which are in the trade mark register of the Austrian Patent Office for the purpose of inspection, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
