11. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on Name, Emblems and Abbreviations of the United Nations Development Programme

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the name, emblems and abbreviations of the United Nations Development Programme, which are published in the Trademark Register of the United Nations Austrian Patent Office for all persons to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
