Article 1

Amendment of the Civil Engineering Act 1993

The Civil Technology Office Act 1993-ZTKG, BGBl. No 157/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 136/2009 and the BGBl agreement. I No 55/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 17 para. 2 reads:

" (2) The Support Fund shall be determined by one-off members of the Chamber or survivors of family members or survivors, after members of the Chamber who have lived in their domestic community immediately before their death. or to support recurring cash benefits if there is an unforeseen, indebted state of emergency. "

2. § 18 para. 2 Z 2 reads:

7. In accordance with Section 77 (4c), the following para. 4d and 4e are added:

" (4d) § § 17 para. 2, 18 para. 2 Z 2, 30 para. 1, 52 para. 3 and 78 to 81 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 4/2013 will be 1. Jänner 2013 in force.

8. § 78 is given the name "§ 81" and in accordance with § 77, the following § § 78, 79 and 80 are inserted:

" Capital transfer to the social security institution of the commercial economy

§ 78. (1) The Federal Chamber of Architects and Engineers is obliged to: Social security institution of the commercial economy by 31 December 2013 at the latest, to transfer the realised assets of the pension fund with the proper and economically appropriate management of the pension fund.

(2) The Federal Chamber of Architects and Engineers is obligated to achieve the best possible proceeds within a reasonable period of time in the realization of the assets.

Within a week, the social security institution of the commercial economy has the possibility of objecting to the intended sale. In the event of opposition from the social security institution of the commercial economy against a sale, the period laid down in paragraph 1 shall be extended for that part of the assets.

(4) Any movable and immovable property which is necessary for the ongoing operation of the settlement of the pension fund shall not be taken into account until the completion of the settlement by the Federal Chamber of Architects and Engineers and the Chamber of Engineers and Engineers and the Chamber of Engineers and Engineers. Resolution of the Sterbekassenfonds

§ 80. (1) The Sterbekassenfonds shall be dissolved at the end of 31 December 2013.

(2) The duty of contributions for the Sterbekassenfonds shall end on 31 December 2013.

(3) In the event of the dissolution of the Sterbekassenfonds, the capital of the Sterbekassenfonds shall be divided among the contributory members in accordance with actuarial methods and shall be paid out to them, whereby arrears shall diminish the amount to be paid.

Article 2

Amendment of the Civil Engineering Act 1993

The Civil Technology Act 1993-ZTG, BGBl. N ° 156/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 58/2010, is amended as follows:

1. § 5 (2) reads:

" (2) Family members within the meaning of paragraph 1 shall be regarded as:

1.

the spouse or registered partner,

Article 3

Amendment of the General Social Insurance Act

The General Social Security Act-ASVG, BGBl. No. 189/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 89/2012, will be amended as follows:

1. § 5 (1) Z 15 reads:

" 15.

Civil technicians who are insured pursuant to Article 2 (1) (1) (3) of the FSVG; "

2. In § 7 Z 1 lit. g is not the expression "and the professional contenders" .

3. In accordance with § 669, the following § 670 shall be added together with the heading:

" Final determination on Art. 3 of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 4/2013

§ 670. § § 5 para. 1 Z 15 and 7 Z 1 lit. g in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 4/2013 will be 1. Jänner 2013 in force. "

Article 4

Amendment of the Federal Act on the Social Security of self-employed workers (13. Novelle to the FSVG)

The Federal Act on the Social Security of self-employed persons in employment, BGBl. N ° 624/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 61/2010, is amended as follows:

1. The title is:
