24. Federal Law, with which the Landeslehrer-dienstrechtsgesetz, the LandescontraclehrPersongesetz 1966, the Examination State Law Schools-Pedagogical Universities and the Teaching Language Law will be amended.

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the Landeslehrer-Dienstrechtsgesetz

The Landeslehrer-Dienstrechtsgesetz, BGBl. No 302/1984, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 55/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 22 (1) Z 2, the turn shall be " up to and including the 8. School Level " through the turn "up to and including the ninth school level" replaced.

2. In § 22 (4), the expression "Pedagogical" by the expression "Pedagogical" replaced and the following sentence added:

Section 32 (5) reads as follows:

11. In Annex Art. II Z 1 is defined in the column Requirement in paragraph 2 Z 1 according to the term "Middle Schools" A supplement is added and the turn "Polytechnic schools" through the turn "Polytechnic schools" and the term "and" in each case by the term "or" replaced.

Article 2

Amendment of the Landescontractual lehrPersons Act 1966

The Land Contract Teaching Personnel Act 1966, BGBl. No. 172, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 30/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the title of the LandesContract Teaching Personnel Act 1966, the turn-over "Volks-, Haupt-, Sonderschulen" through the turn "Volksschulen, Neue Mittelschulen, Hauptschulen, Hauptschulen, Sonderschulen" replaced.

4. Article 3

Amendment of the examination regulations-Schools/Pedagogical Universities

The Examination Stadium Act-Schools/Pedagogical Universities, BGBl. No. 314/1976, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 9/2012, is amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 13 is added to § 6:

" (13) Annex I, Section VI, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 24/2013 is 1. October 2012 will be in force and will expire on 30 September 2013. Article 4

Amendment of the law on teaching practice

The law on teaching, BGBl. No. 145/1988, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. The following sentence shall be added to the last sentence of section 3 (4):

" The Landesschulrat resp. Prior to each admission to the teaching internship, the City School Council for Vienna has a criminal record in accordance with § § 9 and 9a of the Criminal Records Act 1968, BGBl. No. 277, to be obtained. "

Section 15 (3) reads as follows:
