30. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology amending the Austro Control Fee Regulation (ACGV-Novelle 2012)

On the basis of § 6(1). 2 and 3 of the Federal Law on Austro Control Society with limited liability, BGBl. No. 898/1993 as amended by Federal Law BGBl. I No 21/2010, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance, will be ordered:

The Austro Control Fee Regulation (ACGV), BGBl. No. 2/1994, last amended by Regulation BGBl. II No 21/2012, as follows:

1. The § 6 below. 10:

"(10) 1 lit. l) vi-viii), Lithuania and Lithuania. r), 2 Lithuania, 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b, 12c, 15, 17 Lithuania. e) and f), 19b (e) and (f), 20b and 20c of II. Sections as amended by Regulation BGBl. II No 30/2013 enters into force on 08 April 2013. The other tariff posts of the II. Sections as amended by Regulation BGBl. II No 30/2013 enters into force on the following day. For administrative procedures pending at this time, as far as fees for these administrative procedures were set, the fees are set in the version before the BGBl. II No 30/2013. “
