38. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, with which the Toys Regulation 2011 will be amended

On the basis of § 19 of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 95/2010, shall be arranged:

The Toy Ordinance 2011, BGBl. II No 203/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 17 reads:

" § 17. This Regulation lays down Directive 2009 /48/EC, OJ L 177, 30.4.2009, p No. OJ L 170 of 30 June 2009, as amended by Directive 2012 /7/EU, OJ L 170, 30.6.2012, p. No. L 64 of 3 March 2012, transposed into Austrian law. "

2. Annex 2, Part III, Z 2 lit. a and b are:

" (a)

Chemicals Ordinance 1999-ChemV, BGBl. II No 81/2000, as last amended by BGBl. II No 393/2008,

b)

Chemical Law 1996-ChemG 1996, BGBl. I No 53/1997, as last amended by BGBl. I N ° 7/2012, and "

3. In Annex 2, Part III, Z 12, the entry for cadmium is:
