26 announcement of the Federal Chancellor concerning the changes of the European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by inland waterways (ADN) attached regulation

On the basis of § 5 par. 1 Z 6 of the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette in 2004 (BGBlG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 100/2003, will be published:

After notification of the Secretary-General of the United Nations by October 1, 2012, from December 1, 2012, and by 30 December 2012, the following changes were of the European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by inland waterways (ADN) accompanying Regulation (made known in Federal Law Gazette III No. 67/2008, as last amended by BGBl. III No. 12/2011 idF BGBl. III No. 25/2012) pursuant to article 20, paragraph 5 of the Convention by the Contracting Parties adopted :

The changes have entered into force 1 January 2013 with.

 

On the basis of § 5 para 2 BGBlG para 2 are B-VG in connection with the decision of the National Council in accordance with article 49 to the European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by inland waterways (ADN), the changes of the English and Russian language versions published by Edition in the Federal Ministry for European and international affairs.

 

With these by-laws the directive becomes the second adaptation of the annexes to Directive 2008/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the carriage of dangerous goods by inland to scientific and technical progress, OJ 2012/45/EU No. L 332 of the 4.12.2012 p. 18, with regard to annex III. 1 implementation.
