26. Representing the Federal Chancellor with regard to amendments to the Regulation annexed to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN)
On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:
According to the United Nations Secretary-General's notice of 1 January 2008, The following amendments to the Regulation annexed to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) have been adopted on 1 October 2012, 1 December 2012 and 30 December 2012 (Revelation in BGBl. III n ° 67/2008, as last amended by BGBl. III No 12/2011 idF BGBl. III, No 25/2012), adopted by the Contracting Parties pursuant to Article 20 (5) of the Convention:

The changes are 1. Jänner entered into force in 2013.
Pursuant to Section 5 (2) BGBlG in connection with the decision of the National Council pursuant to Art. 49 (2) B-VG to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods on Inland Waterways (ADN), the amendments to the The English and Russian language versions are published by the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs.
With this agreement, Directive 2012/45/EU on the second adaptation of the annexes to Directive 2008 /68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inland transport of dangerous goods to scientific and technical Progress, OJ No. OJ L 332, 4.12.2012 p. 18, as regards Annex III.1.
