47. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, with which the DAC Regulation "Weinviertel" is amended

Due to § 34 (1) of the Wine Act 2009, BGBl. I n ° 111, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management on the setting of conditions for quality wines typical of the region with origin profiles for the Weinviertel wine-growing region, BGBl. II No 58/2010, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 Z 5 reads:

" 5.

The actual alcoholic strength by volume shall be indicated on the label by volume of at least 12.0% vol. for wines up to the 2009 vintage. For wines of the 2010, 2011 and 2012 vintages, the actual alcoholic strength by volume of 12.0% vol. or 12.5% vol. shall be indicated on the label. By decision of the Weinviertel Regional Wine Committee, the existing alcohol content on the label for these wines can also be given in exceptional years with 13.0% vol. For wines from the 2013 vintage, the actual alcoholic strength by volume of 12.0% vol., 12.5% vol. or 13,0% vol. shall be indicated on the label. "

2. § 1 Z 7 reads:

A request to obtain the state test number for wine with the sales designation "Weinviertel DAC" may not be before 1. Jänner of the year following the harvest will be placed. "

3. § 1 Z 12 is deleted.

4. § 1 Z 14 reads:

" 14.

In the context of the procedure for the award of the state test number for wine with the sales designation "Weinviertel DAC", the missionary tasting took place exclusively at the external offices Retz and Poysdorf of the Federal Office for Viticulture and at the Federal Office for Wine and fruit growing in Klosterneuburg. "
