Due to § 34 (1) of the Wine Act 2009, BGBl. I n ° 111, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:
The regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the setting of conditions for quality wines typical of the region with origin profiles for the Neusiedlersee wine-growing region, BGBl. II No 90/2012, shall be amended as follows:
§ 2 Z 3 reads:

The indication of a further transport designation is not permitted (in particular, traffic names such as "quality wine", "cabinet" or "late harvest"); likewise the indication of traditional terms such as "selection", "classical" or "premium". The designations "DAC" or "Districtus Austriae Controllatus" shall be indicated on the label in direct connection with the wine-growing area of Neusiedlersee and in written signs which are significantly smaller than those for the indication "Neusiedlersee" used. " |
