49. Regulation of the Federal Minister for agriculture and forestry, environment and water management, modifies the Ordinance of the Federal Minister for agriculture and forestry, environment and water management on grapes for quality wine, country wine and wine without a protected designation of origin or geographical indication with grape varieties - or vintage label

On the basis of section 34 para 1 of the wine Act of 2009, Federal Law Gazette I no. 111, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 111/2010, is prescribed:

Ordinance of the Federal Minister for agriculture and forestry, environment and water management on grapes for quality wine, country wine and wine without a protected designation of origin or geographical indication with grape varieties - or vintage label, Federal Law Gazette II No. 161/2010, is amended as follows:



Article 2 reads:



„§ 2. Allowed for the production of wine without a protected designation of origin or geographical indication with grape varieties - or vintage label in addition to the in § 8 par. 2 wine law following 2009 grape referred to varieties are used:



1 white wine grapes: Bronner, Muscaris, Cabernet blanc, gris Souvignier, Johanniter, Danube Riesling, floral Muscat;

"2. red wine grape varieties: Regent, Cabernet Jura."
