The Federal Agreement official at the Federal Ministry of labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection is in accordance with § 26 para 1 Labor Constitutional Act, BGBl. No. 22 / 1974, as amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 98/2012 authorised to assess the apprentice compensation at the request of a collective agreement-enabled corporate, if no collective agreement is in effect for the sector concerned.
The Federal Agreement official at the Federal Ministry of labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection has set following apprentice compensation by order of 9 November 2012 after a Senate hearing:
Apprentice compensation for trainees of motor vehicle rental companies
(a) space: The territory of the Republic of Austria.
(b) technical: Companies that operate the commercial of rental of motor vehicles without provision of a wheel (motor vehicle rental companies).
(c) personally: teaching justified within the meaning of the vocational training Act, which train apprentices in the teaching office clerk and use in the course of this training, as well as apprentices in the teaching profession Office businessman /-woman who are employed by these authorised.
The apprentice compensation
§ 2. The apprentice compensation is:
(a) in the 1st year of training: €472,50 per month;
(b) in the 2nd year of apprenticeship: €675 per month;
(c) in the 3rd year of training: €945 per month.
§ 3. Once, all apprentices receive a holiday allowance in the amount of monthly compensation of the apprentice, which is due on June 1 in the calendar year. During the calendar year, incoming or exiting apprentices receive the aliquot part of the holiday grant.
§ 4. All apprentices receive a Weihnachtsremuneration in the amount of monthly apprentice compensation which is payable at the latest on 1 December once in a calendar year. During the calendar year, incoming or exiting apprentices received the aliquot part of Weihnachtsremuneration.
Basis for calculation of overtime in accordance with § 1 para 1a Z 1 KJBG
§ 5. There is no relevant employee salary within § commissioned a 1 para 1 a-Z 1 KJBG, is for the overtime wages for apprentices who have completed 18 years of age, with regard to the calculation of the basic hours salary and of the bid the employment Group 2 subgroup a of the content panel of the collective agreement for employees in the passenger transport industry by car from November 20, 2012, to attract 3/2013, KV.
Beginning of the effectiveness
§ 6. The fixing of the apprentice compensation shall enter into force 1 January 2013.
