53. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the granting of an additional suckler cow premium and an additional state aid to the dairy cow premium in 2012 (mother cow premium and Dairy supplementary premiums-Regulation 2012)

On the basis of § § 7 (1) Z 6, 8 (4) (4) Z 4, 8 (5) Z 3 lit. b and 31 of the Market Rules Act 2007 (MOG 2007), BGBl. I n ° 55/2007, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 21/2012, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

Scope

§ 1. This Regulation shall be used for:

an additional suckler cow premium in accordance with Article 111 (5) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers, and amending Regulations (EC) No 1290/2005, (EC) No 247/2006, (EC) No 378/2007 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, OJ L 245, 29.8.2007, p. No. OJ L 30, 31.1.2009 p. 16 and

2.

an additional State aid pursuant to Article 182 (7) of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Regulation on the uniform COM), OJ C 327, No. 1., which relates to the dairy cow premium referred to in Article 68 (1) (1). (b) to be added to Regulation (EC) No 73/2009.

Responsibility

§ 2. Responsible for the enforcement of this Regulation is the market organisation "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA).

Supplementary State premium for suckler cow premium

§ 3. (1) The producer shall be granted BGBl in accordance with Section 3 of the Agricultural Law 1992. No 375/1992, as amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 2/2008, for each suckler cow or Kalbin, which is subsidised in 2012, an additional suckler cow premium of 30 euros.

(2) In order to exceed the amount of EUR 6 141 000 required for this measure, the additional premium shall be paid in accordance with the last sentence of Article 115 (1), second subparagraph, of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009. According to § 8 (5) Z 3 lit. h last sentence of MOG 2007 proportionately shortened.

Additional state aid in the dairy cow premium

§ 4. (1) In application of Article 182 (7) of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007, pursuant to Section 3 of the Agricultural Act 1992, additional State aid of a total amount of EUR 1 666 666 for applications for the dairy cow premium of the year 2012 .

(2) In addition to the appropriations referred to in paragraph 1, the countries may provide other means up to the ceilings set out in the Annex.

External force of a Regulation

§ 5. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the suckler cow and dairy cow premium ordinates Regulation 2011, BGBl. II No 157/2012. However, it will continue to be applicable to facts that have been achieved in 2011.
