After notification of the Federal Ministry for European and international affairs, Italy has its ratification of the Protocol on the implementation of the Alpine Convention of 1991 in the field of transport - protocol 'Transport' on 7 February 2013 (BGBl. III No. 234/2002 idF BGBl. III No. 108/2005, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 120/2005) deposited and given on the occasion of its statement of interpretation of:
Italy declares that the provisions of article 11 of the present Protocol prejudice unable, on Italian territory road construction projects for remote connections, including the infrastructure required for the expansion of trade with the countries North of the Alps, to carry out.
