60. Ordination of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, which changes the waterways traffic regulations (WVO)

On the basis of § § 16 (1) and (2) and 37 (3) of the Maritime Law, BGBl. I n ° 62/1997 idF BGBl. I N ° 50/2012, the regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning a waterways traffic regulations (WVO), BGBl. II No 289/2011 idF BGBl. II No 81/2012, as amended:

1. In § 1.01 lit. d Z 2 becomes the expression "Amphibious Vehicles (floatable, ready-to-use land vehicles)" by "Amphibious Vehicles and other floorable land vehicles" replaced.

2. In § 1.10 Z 1 lit. q is the expression "Test dogs" by "Test findings" replaced.

3. The title of § 10.02 reads:

"General due diligence-Water protection"

4. In § 11.09 Z 5, the "h) the rules for breastfeeding" the following litera as lit. i to lit.o.

5. In § 20.02 Z 2, the word order shall be "the highest waterway level" by "883 cm" replaced.

6. At the end of § 20.05 Z 3 lit. e shall not be waxed and the word "and" .

7. § 20.05 Z 3 lit. f is deleted.

8. § 20.05 Z 4 reads:

" 4.		Below channel kilometres 11,709, the traffic of individual drivers, thrusters and coupling associations, the length of which exceeds a total of 120 m and the total width of which exceeds 18 m, shall be prohibited. "

9. § 20.05 the following Z 14 and 15 shall be added:

" 14.		If shipping on the Danube in the area of the Danube canal estuary (electricity km 1919, 4) at water levels of more than 600 cm at the level of the Wildung wall according to § 20.01 Z 1 in the interest of the safety of navigation or persons by This prohibition shall also apply to the Danube Canal below the Channel kilometres 7.9.
