53. public announcement of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention against torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment

After release of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, following further States have their instruments of ratification or accession to the Convention against torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment (Federal Law Gazette No. 492/1987, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. July 19, 2012 a further communication from the Secretary-General of the United Nations according to Moldau2 has submitted articles 21 and 22 of the Convention according declarations1, 2nd September 2011.

 

Also withdrew his Vorbehalte1 given on the occasion of the ratification to articles 3, 4, 6, 12, 13 and 16 Pakistan3 on September 20, 2011.

 

In addition, Katar2 withdrew completely in part and its reservations to articles 21 and 22 his general Vorbehalt1 given on the occasion of the accession on March 14, 2012.
