57th Federal Chancellor's presentation concerning the scope of the Protocol to the 1979 Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs)

According to the Communications of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the following other States have submitted their instrument of accession to the Protocol to the 1979 Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution on Persistent Organic Pollutants (BGBl. According to a further note by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Serbia was notified in accordance with Article 3 (5) lit on 17 May 2012. a and Annex III to the Protocol declared the year 1990 as the reference year and declared, in accordance with Annex II, that it wishes to be considered as a state economy in the transition.

In addition, on 16 February 2011, in accordance with Annex III to the Protocol, Spain adopted 1990 as the reference year for compliance with the reduction of emissions of substances as set out in this Annex.
