70. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, with which the examination and evaluation unit regulation is amended (7. Novelle to PBStV)

Pursuant to sections 24 (5), 24a (7), 56 (4), 57 (9), 57a (2), (7c) and (8) and § 58 (2) and (4) of the Kraftfahrgesetz 1967, BGBl. No. 267, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 43/2013, shall be arranged:

The examination and evaluation unit ordinance, BGBl. II No 78/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 207/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 5 (1) reads:

" (1) The opinion to be issued on the basis of the recurring evaluation according to § 57a Abs. 4 KFG 1967 shall be issued on an evaluation form. The contents of the test positions shall at least correspond to the model of Appendix 1, and only the deficiencies identified must be printed. The complete list of possible defects shall be suspended in the authorized body at a well-visible location or be placed as an info sheet. The approved body must be clearly identifiable on the review form. In any case, this has to do with the use of the evaluation station (paragraph 1). 3). The layout of the review sheets is subject to approval by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology. "

2. In accordance with § 16 (10), the following paragraph 11 is added:

" (11) Until September 30, 2013, evaluation forms may be issued, in which the order and designation of the test positions of Appendix 6 in the version BGBl. II No 207/2011. '
