71. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on benefits under the Transparency Database Act (Transparency Database Performance Regulation)

On the basis of § 39 paragraph 1 of the Federal Act on a Transparency Database (Transparency Database Act 2012-TDBG 2012), BGBl. I n ° 99/2012, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

§ 1. The obligation to communicate data on services provided by the Federal Social Office as a service provider shall be postponed until 31 December 2015.

§ 2. The obligation to notify transfer payments in accordance with § 9 TDBG 2012 will be postponed until 31 December 2015 with regard to the rent allowance according to § 107 EStG 1988.
