The Federal Chancellor ' s presentation concerning the scope of the Convention on the illicit traffic at sea for the implementation of Article 17 of the United Nations Convention against the illicit traffic in addictive poisons and the implementation of the Convention on the illicit traffic in the sea psychotropic substances
According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, on 7 March 2013 the Kingdom of the Netherlands adopted its instrument of acceptance of the Convention on the illicit traffic at sea for the implementation of Article 17 of the United Nations Convention against the illicit traffic in addictive poisons and psychotropic substances (BGBl. III n ° 28/2001, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III No 79/2013) and on the occasion of which a reservation 1 pursuant to Art. 19 (3) and Declarations 1 pursuant to Art. 8 (2), Art. 17 (3) and Article 34 (3) of the Convention.
Furthermore, in accordance with Article 29 (1) of the Convention, the Kingdom of the Netherlands stated that the Convention applies to the European part of the Netherlands and to the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba) .
