108. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the extension of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Austria represented by the Federal Minister of Finance and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam represented by the Ministry of Finance for planning and investment in financial cooperation

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Austria represented by the Federal Minister of Finance and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam represented by the Ministry of Planning and Investments on the Financial Cooperation (BGBl. III, No 5/2011), in accordance with its Article 12, has been replaced by an exchange of letters of 22 January 2013 and March 28, 2013 for a further period of two years, beginning with 1. January 2013 to 31. December 2014, extended.
