The National Council has decided:

Article 1

(constitutional provision)

Amendment of the Federal Constitutional Law

The Federal Constitutional Law, BGBl. No. 1/1930, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I No 65/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Article 10 (1) (1) (11) and (2) (2), Article 102 (2) shall be based on the facts "Care money;" the facts "Social compensation law;" inserted.

(2) In Article 10 (1) (15), the word sequence shall be deleted; "and care for war participants and their survivors" .

3. In Article 102 (2), the facts are deleted "Care for the war participants and their survivors;" .

(4) Article 151 is added to the following paragraph 54:

" (54) Art. 10 para. 1 Z 11 and 15 and Art. 102 (2) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 59/2013 shall enter into force with the end of the month of the presentation of this Federal Law. "

Article 2

(constitutional provision)

Amendment of the Victim Welfare Act

The victims ' welfare law, BGBl. No. 183/1947, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 96/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 3 (1) is deleted.

2. § 19 the following paragraph 16 is added:

" (16) (constitutional provision) § 3 para. 1 occurs with the end of the month of the proclamation of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 59/2013. '

Article 3

Amendment of the Crime Rights Act

The Crime Victim Law, BGBl. No 288/1972, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 58/2013, is amended as follows:

1. (constitutional provision) Art. I do not apply.

2. The Item Name "Article II" No.

3. Art. II § 16 shall be added to the following para. 14 and 15:

" (14) (constitutional provision) Art. I shall meet with the end of the month of the proclamation of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 59/2013.

(15) The product name "Article II" shall enter into force at the end of the month of the proclamation of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 59/2013. '

Article 4

(constitutional provision)

Amendment of the Vaccine Bill

The Vaccine Damage Act, BGBl. No. 371/1973, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 96/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 3 (1) is deleted.

Section 9 is added to the following paragraph 7:

" (7) (constitutional provision) § 3 para. 1 occurs with the end of the month of the proclamation of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 59/2013. '

Article 5

(constitutional provision)

Change of 11. Opferfürsorsor-Novelle

The 11. Victim's welfare legislation, BGBl. No 77/1957, shall be amended as follows:

1. Art. I do not apply.

2. Art. IV, the following paragraph 3 is added:

" (3) (constitutional provision) Art. I shall meet with the end of the month of the proclamation of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 59/2013. '
