61. Federal Act amending the Family Adviser Law

The National Council has decided:

The Family Counseling Promotion Act, BGBl. N ° 80/1974, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 130/1997 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2009, BGBl. I n ° 3/2009, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 4:

" (4) By way of derogation from paragraph 2 and in accordance with Section 8 (3) of the Federal Disability Equality Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 82/2005, as amended, may also include costs for measures for the elimination of constructional and other barriers in addition to the assessment of the support. "

2. In § 6 and § 8 the phrase "Environment, Youth and Family" through the phrase "Economy, Family and Youth" replaced.

3. The text of § 9 shall become the sales designation "(1)" , the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 4 (4) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 61/2013 should be applied to measures taken from 1 January 2013. January 2013 is set and will be completed by 31 December 2015 at the latest and will expire on 31 December 2015. "
