111. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the declaration of a federal road planning area in the area of the municipalities of Vienna, Raasdorf and Groß-Enzersdorf

Due to § 14 (1) of the Bundesstraßengesetz 1971-BStG 1971, BGBl. No. 286, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 34/2013, shall be arranged:

In order to secure the construction of a section of the S 1 Wiener outer ring expressway in the municipalities of Vienna, Raasdorf and Groß-Enzersdorf, this is taken from the planning plan (site plan part 1, plan number ASFINAG 3061948/0-1/0-401/STR/S01/V and location plan) Part 2, plan number ASFINAG 3061948/0-2/0-2/0-401/STR/S01/V), which can be used for the later management of the federal road, explains the federal road planning area.

The above-mentioned site plan is located in the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology, at the office of the Lower Austrian State Government, at the Magistrate of the City of Vienna (Magistratsabteilung 18, Magistratisches Bezirksamt für den 22. District) as well as in the municipalities of Raasdorf and Groß-Enzersdorf for insight.
