115. Regulation of the Federal Minister for labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection for the temporary employment of foreigners in the summer tourism

Due to section 5, paragraph 2 No. 1 of the aliens Employment Act - aliens, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 72/2013, is prescribed:

§ 1. For summer tourism industry, a quota is set at a height of 1 275 for the temporary employment of foreign workers and on the provinces, divided as follows:

              Burgenland:...               20

              Carinthia:...              150

              Lower Austria:...               50, including 25 for Showmen farms

              Upper Austria:...              175, including 15 for entertainment companies

              Salzburg:...              200, 2 of them for amusement enterprises

              Styria:...              180, 20 for Showmen farms

              Tyrol:...              310

              Vorarlberg:...              130

              Wien: ……………………………………               60, 50 for Showmen farms

Section 2 (1) within the framework of these quotas employment permits may be granted, duration of validity may not exceed 25 weeks and do not end after October 31, 2013.

(2) nationals who are subject to the transitional provisions for the EU – free movement of workers (Article 32a aliens), and asylum seekers are preferable in the granting of employment permits.

§ 3. This Regulation shall at the end of 30 September 2013 override.
