118. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs on the use of redeeming gifts of divested honorary gifts (Ehrengeschenke Regulation)

Pursuant to Section 59 (4) of the Official Services Act 1979 (BDG 1979), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 120/2012, and Section 5 of the Contract Law Act 1948 (VBG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 86, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 120/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. Proceeds from the divestments of honorary gifts handed over to staff in the Federal Ministry of European and International Affairs are to be used for charitable purposes.

§ 2. The decision on the specific use shall be made by means of a proposal by the Secretary-General/Secretary-General for Foreign Affairs.

§ 3. Due to § 1 no one is entitled to a legal claim.

§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force with the day following the presentation.
