121. Regulation of the Federal Minister for the Interior, amending the Ordinance on Security and Security

On the basis of § 11 (7) of the Security Policy Act, BGBl. No 566/1991, as last amended by the Federal Laws of Law BGBl. I N ° 50/2012 idF of the BGBl customer. I No 53/2012 (VFB), shall be arranged:

The security academy regulation, BGBl. II No 74/2001, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1, Section 3, Z 1, after the phrase "and his representative" the phrase "as well as the management of a subdivision of the Security Academy" inserted.

2. In § 1 para. 4, the Z 2 is deleted, the previous Z 3 is given the number designation "2." and the previous Z 4 is given the number designation "3." .

3. In accordance with § 9, the following § 10 together with the title is added:

" Entry into

§ 10. § 1 (3) and (4) in the version BGBl. II No 121/2013 shall enter into force at the end of the day of its operation. "
