127. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Justice, with which the ordinance of the Federal Minister of Justice on the service badgesin the Justice Department (DAV-BMJ) is changed

Pursuant to Section 60 (3) of the Civil Service Act 1979, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette BGBl. I n ° 120/2012, § § 23 and 36a (3) of the Contract Law Act 1948, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 86, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 120/2012, as well as Section 106c (2) of the Extraaction Act, BGBl. I n ° 111/2003, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 15/2013, shall be arranged:

The Federal Minister of Justice's Ordination on the Service Badgess in the Justice Department (DAV-BMJ), BGBl. II No 303/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In accordance with § 7, the following § 7a with headline is inserted:

" Other ID

§ 7a. (1) The application of the provisions of this Regulation in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation may be carried out in accordance with the respective training and/or plastic cards referred to as 'identity cards' in accordance with the following requirements

1.

the persons involved in a training relationship with the judiciary (Annex 2); and

2.

in accordance with the provisions of the Judicial Care Agency Act, BGBl. I n ° 101/2008, persons employed (Annex 3)

are issued.

(2) The following function designations are provided for the persons referred to in paragraph 1 (1) (1): the legal practitioner, the legal practitioner, the administrative practitioner, administrative trainee, administrative assistant, administrative assistant.

(3) With regard to the persons referred to in paragraph 1 (1) (2), the duties to be assigned to the service authorities/personnel offices pursuant to this Regulation shall be carried out by the Office of Justice. The Office of Justice shall also bear all costs associated with the production, issue and administration of expellees, including those relating to the contract with the certification service provider (cf. Section 60 (2b) BDG 1979). By way of derogation from § 6 (1) Z 1 lit. g is the lettering 'number' to be used. For each ID, the area designation 'Justice care agency' must be used. The following function designations are provided: care service, family court assistance, interpreter, interpreter, expert, expert.

(4) Persons temporarily providing services to the judiciary pursuant to another private-law agreement may, under the appropriate application of the provisions of this Regulation, be subject to the conditions laid down in the relevant provisions of this Regulation. Requirements for the duration required shall be made available as a 'working card' (Appendix 4) for access control and access control. By way of derogation from § 6 (1) Z 1 lit. g is the 'number' lettering; 'External collaborator' or 'External employee' is provided as the function label. "

2. The previous installation is given the name "Appendix 1" ; the attached Annexes 2, 3 and 4 shall be added.

3. The following paragraph 1a is inserted in accordance with Article 8 (1):

" (1a) § 7a together with the title, the changed designation of the previous installation as 'Appendix 1' and the new Appendixes 2, 3 and 4 as amended by the Regulation BGBl. II No 127/2013 shall enter into force with effect from 1 June 2013. "
