Due to § 3 (2) of the Federal Act on the Professional Tyre Test, BGBl. I n ° 68/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 89/2012, shall be arranged:
The Regulation on the replacement of examination areas of the professional tyre test, BGBl. II No 268/2000, as amended by the BGBl Regulations. II No 371/2005 and BGBl. II No 39/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 Z 1 is followed by the following lit. h is added:
