131. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, amending the Regulation on the Commission's Rules of Procedure on long-term pension protection

Due to § 108e (6) of the General Social Insurance Act, BGBl. No. 189/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 67/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Social Security and Generations on the Commission's Rules of Procedure on long-term pension insurance, BGBl. II No 336/2000, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 2 para. 3 reads:

" (3) The Commission shall take its decisions with a simple majority of the voting rights of the persons entitled to vote. In the event of a tie, the chairman's vote shall indicate the rash. "

§ 4.
