149. Regulation of the President Council modifies the basic training of parliamentary staff regulation

In accordance with section 26 of the official service law in 1979, Federal Law Gazette No. 333/1979 (BDG 1979) as amended, is prescribed:

The parliamentary staff basic training regulation

The regulation concerning the basic training regulation of parliamentary staff, Federal Law Gazette II No. 224/2011, is amended as follows:

§ 6 para 4 is as follows:

"(4) in addition to the theoretical training before the completion of the basic training in the use of groups A1 and A2 has at least 12 months and one in use Group A3, A4 and A5 at least 6 months continuous practical use of the staff member at the place of work to be done. The rotation training (at least 3 months) and a foreign (foreign) work (up to 3 months) for the use of groups A1 and A2 are set in the training plan including the specific amount. Rotation training as well as (foreign) work are credited for practical use in the workplace. Rotary - acquired before the start of basic training or internship experiences may be credited for it. For the use of group A3 (assistants) any rotation training is set preferably by at least 1 month in the No.1 law firm."
