151. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance concerning the transfer of tasks pursuant to Section 7 (1) Z 2 of the Federal Budget Act 2013

Due to § 7 (1) Z 2 of the Federal Budget Act 2013 (BHG 2013), BGBl. N ° 139/2009, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 62/2012 shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance concerning the transfer of tasks pursuant to Section 7 (1) Z 2 of the Federal Budget Act 2013, BGBl. II No 50/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 Z 1 shall be amended as follows:

(a) The phrase "for Vienna 3/11/Schwechat Gerasdorf" is replaced by the phrase "for Vienna 3/6/7/11/15 Schwechat Gerasdorf".

b) The phrase "for Vienna 6/7/15" No.

(c) The phrase "for fees, traffic taxes and gambling" is replaced by the phrase "for fees, traffic taxes and gambling" .

2. § 1 Z 6 shall be amended as follows:

The phrase "Independent Financial Senate" is replaced by the expression "Bundesfinanzgericht" .

3. In § 1 the following paragraph shall be added:

" 8.		Financial Police "

4. In § 3 the following paragraphs are added:

" (3) § 1 Z 1 and Z 8 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 151//2013 shall enter into force on 1 July 2013.

(4) § 1 Z 6 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 151/2013 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
