167. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Science and Research for the determination of facilities as performance-defining bodies (first transparency database transfer regulation BMWF)
On the basis of § 39 (5) of the Federal Act on a Transparency Database (Transparency Database Act 2012-TDBG 2012), BGBl. I n ° 99/2012, shall be arranged:
The following institutions, which are in the sphere of action of the Federal Minister for Science and Research, will be defined as performance-defining entities in the sense of § 15 TDBG 2012 for service provision in the sense of § 4 (1) Z 2 TDBG 2012:

The Fund for the Promotion of Scientific Research for Services in the Field of Research Promotion and Scholarship, |

The Office of Student Services for Services in the field of study funding, |

| 3. |
The Austrian Academy of Sciences and Humanities in the field of scientific prizes and awards, national and international scholarship programmes as well as memberships. |

| 4. |
The Austrian high school and high school students for services to support students in financial emergencies and student projects. |
|||||||||
| As a result, these institutions will transfer the independent perception of all rights and obligations as a performance-defining body. |
