153. Proclamation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Treaty on international cooperation in the field of patents

After messages of the Director General of the world intellectual property organization, following further States have their instruments of accession to the Treaty on the international cooperation in the field of patents (BGBl. No. 348/1979 idF BGBl. III No. 132/2002, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 21 / 2009) deposited:

September 24, 2009 on the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of accession Qatar and Thailand have bound para 5 of the Treaty of erklärt1, not to the provisions of article 59 of the Treaty in accordance with article 64 to believe.

 

The Niederlande2 have also their Erklärung1 given on the occasion of the ratification amended and also communicated that the Netherlands Antilles with 10th October 2010 have ceased to exist on June 20, 2011. From this point on, the Treaty - in addition to the European part of the Netherlands and Aruba - Curaçao and Sint Maarten, as well as on the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba shall apply, that make up the Caribbean part of the Netherlands.
