154. Regulation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the proclamation of amendments to the Implementing Regulations to the Treaty on International Cooperation in the Field of Patents

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be assigned:

The proclamation of the decisions of the Assembly of the Association for International Cooperation in the Field of Patents of 1. October 2009, 29 September 2010, 5. October 2011 and 9. October 2012, with which the Implementing Regulations to the Treaty on International Cooperation in the Field of Patent Cooperation (BGBl. No 348/1979, idF BGBl. III. No 132/2002, as last amended by BGBl. 42/2009) shall be made by placing these decisions in the Library of the Austrian Patent Office (1200 Wien, Dresdner Straße 87) for public consultation during the official hours.
