170. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, amending the Regulation on service statements
Pursuant to Section 60 (3) of the Civil Service Act 1979, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, as well as § 23 of the Contract Law Act 1948, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 86, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 6/1999, is prescribed:
The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on Service Badfinances, BGBl. II No 11/2006, as amended by the BGBl version. II No 59/2007 is amended as follows:
1. § 7 (1) Z 3 reads:

The following names of the Authority are foreseen: Federal Finance Academy, Federal Ministry of Finance, Central Liaison Office, Finance Office, Finance Police, Financial Procuration, Wholesale Audit, Tax Audit, Independent Financial Senate and Customs Office. " |

3. The following paragraph 5 is added to § 13:
" (5) § 7 para. 1 Z 3 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 170/2013 shall enter into force on 1 July 2013.
