91. Federal law with which the Dangerous Goods Transport Act is amended

The National Council has decided:

The Dangerous Goods Transport Act, BGBl. I No 145/1998, as last amended by BGBl. I No 50/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2 Z 5 "2011-2012" by "2013-2014" replaced.

2. § 11 (6) sentence 4 reads:

"The Landeshauptmann has to decide upon requests for change of recognition, which has issued the notification of recognition."

3. § 14 (3) sentence 4 reads:

"The Landeshauptmann has to decide upon requests for change of recognition, which has issued the notification of recognition."

Section 32 is added to the following paragraph 7:

" (7) postal operators must have the procedures and authorisations provided for and comply with the requirements for the acceptance of postal mail and their introduction into air transport in accordance with Article 2 (5) (5) of the Treaty. In Austria, these permits are to be issued by Austro Control GmbH. An administrative levy of EUR 1300 shall be payable for this purpose. "

Section 38 is added to the following paragraph 4:

" (4) § 11 para. 6 and § 14 para. 3 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 91/2013 are due to 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
