185. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Justice, which will arrange for which district courts a family court aid will be set up (FamGHV-BMJ)

On the basis of § 106c (1) of the Extrastreit Act, BGBl. I n ° 111/2003, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 15/2013, shall be arranged:

Locations

§ 1. With effect from 1 July 2013, the Family Court Aid will be established at the following locations:

Eisenstadt,

3.

St. Pölten,

4.

Amstetten,

5.

Wiener Neustadt,

6.

Graz,

7.

Bruck an der Mur,

8.

Klagenfurt,

9.

Linz,

10.

Salzburg,

11.

Innsbruck,

12.

Feldkirch.

District Courts

§ 2. (1) The Family Court Aid at the Vienna location is responsible for the district courts of Döbling, Donaustadt, Favorites, Floridsdorf, Fünfhaus, Hernals, Hietzing, inner city of Vienna, Josefstadt, Leopoldstadt, Liesing, Meidling, Bruck an der Leitha, Klosterneuburg, Purkersdorf, Schwechat. The Wiener Jugendgerichtshilfe does not act as a family court aid.

(2) The Family Court Aid at the Eisenstadt site is responsible for the district courts of Eisenstadt, Mattersburg, Neusiedl am See.

(3) The Family Court Aid at the St. Pölten site is responsible for the District Courts of St. Pölten, Lilienfeld, Neulengbach, Tulln.

(4) The Family Court Aid at the Amstetten site is responsible for the District Courts of Amstetten, Haag, Melk, Scheibbs, Waidhofen an der Ybbs, Ybbs.

(5) The Family Court Aid at the Wiener Neustadt location is responsible for the District Courts of Wiener Neustadt, Baden, Gloggnitz, Mödling, Neunkirchen.

(6) The Family Court Aid at the Graz location takes care of the county courts Graz-Ost, Graz-West, Deutschlandsberg, Leibnitz, Stainz, Voitsberg.

(7) The Family Court Aid at Bruck an der Mur is responsible for the District Courts of Bruck an der Mur, Judenburg, Leoben, Murau, Mürzzuschlag.

(8) The Family Court Aid at the Klagenfurt location takes care of the District Courts of Klagenfurt, Bleiburg, Eisenkappel, Feldkirchen, Ferlach, Sankt Veit an der Glan, Völkermarkt, Wolfsberg.

(9) The Family Court Aid at the Linz site is responsible for the District Courts of Linz, Freistadt, Mauthausen, Perg, Pregarten, Rohrbach, Urfahr, Traun.

(10) The Family Court Aid at the Salzburg site is responsible for the district courts of Salzburg, Hallein, Neumarkt near Salzburg, Oberndorf, Thalgau.

(11) The Family Court Aid at the Innsbruck site is responsible for the District Courts of Innsbruck, Hall (in Tyrol), Telfs.

(12) The Family Court Aid at the Feldkirch site is responsible for the District Courts of Feldkirch, Bezau, Bludenz, Bregenz, Dornbirn, Montafon.

Completion of the model attempt

§ 3. (1) The locations of the Family Court Aid department, which have been operated in the model operation at the District Courts of Vienna, Innsbruck and Amstetten, will go into regular operation with effect from 1 July 2013.

(2) The location of the Bruck an der Mur site is replaced by the site of the Family Court Aid site at the Leoben District Court in the model company.

§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2013.
