According to § 4 of the National Council Electoral Regulations 1992-NRWO, BGBl. No. 471, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 66/2013, in conjunction with § 5 NRWO is made known:
§ 1. Due to the result of the census on the cut-off date 31. In October 2011, the constituencies listed in Section 2 (1) and (3) (2) of the NRWO account for the following figures for mandates:

§ 2. The distribution of the mandates in accordance with § 1 shall be based on all elections of the National Council, which from the entry into force of this announcement until the announcement of the mandate distribution on the basis of the respective next census or on the basis of the following a customer's agreement pursuant to § 127 Z 5 NRWO shall take place after a territorial change has been made.
