191. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management on the fixing of the costs of sampling and testing of gas oils for inland waterway vessels and recreational craft and for mobile devices Machinery and equipment (gas-oil sample-cost regulation)

Pursuant to § 5 of the Federal Act on the placing on the market of gas oils for inland waterway vessels and recreational craft not on the sea, as well as for mobile machinery and equipment, BGBl. I n ° 36/2013, shall be arranged:

Tariff for gas oil sample

§ 1. (1) The tariff for sampling and testing of a gas oil sample in accordance with § 5 of the Federal Act concerning the placing on the market of gas oils for inland waterway vessels and recreational craft not at sea, as well as for mobile machinery and equipment, amounts to 383 euros.

(2) The official act, which is relevant to the obligation to pay this cash benefit, shall be deemed to have been carried out if the drawn gas oil sample has been examined and a written test report has been submitted.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force with the day following the presentation.
